Unfortunately, Drain-Clair (Drain Care) is no longer what it uses to be. Recently (April 2014), two technicians from Drain-Clair were supposed to take tar from the Inside of my roof drain using a steam hose. In fact, they simply pushed the tar further away, Consequently, half of a part of the drain was clogged by the tar and rain water could not be evacuated properly. No attention was given to my complaint and the boss even refused to meet me to discuss the issue.
