Our basement drains were overflowing. I spoke to Roy on Friday at 4:00pm and came Saturday morning at 10:00, as he promised. He put a camera down the drain to view the blockage and unclogged the drain. He then put the camera back down the drain and asked me to run the water to ensure the blockage was cleared. He noticed the blockage is due to the city pipe being broken and I need to call them to have it replaced. Roy provided me a DVD for my reference and to show the city and indicated he would be more than happy to speak to them if that was necessary. I have never been so impressed with the quality and level of service that I was provided. Roy was so incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, honest and such a nice fellow.
