Based on quote & discussion with sales person from Servicemaster Lawn Care [SM], 3170 Ridgeway Dr. Mississauga , signed for only 1yr service for 2008 & paid total in check Mar'08. SM was bad last year & and SM reps that came to do the work would just do it in less than 5min and go away. My lawn was bad even after their service last year, resulting that I had get rid of the weeds,buy soil and do extra seeding in spring this year. In Apr09 get invoice for $50, though I did not renew. Called SM Apr, May2009 & left vmessage 9056073521 to cancel & no response. On Jun22 got Barb online & she was rude on the phone, claimed automatic renewal clause on contract & i had to have cancellation#, to stop & uttered threats that I had to pay, else inform credit bureau. June23 receive invoice+cancellation fee for$100. Checked letter issued Mar08 & there is no automatic renewal clause. This is bad service and a hoax of getting money. Hope this company can be stopped - seen numerous bad reviews on your site and I think I am not the 1st.. Let this be the last. Don't recommend this branch of Service Master in Mississauga.
