DISGUSTING!!! Do not use this service. She used the same water to clean the three washroom floors in the kitchen and then used that water again to mop the bedroom floor. Kitchen counters still had crumbs. Mopped around the rugs on the floor. Needless to say, I had to reclean the house after she left. Waste of money!!!
We recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Sears. As we live in a very old house (built in 1914), I knew the Sears delivery guys would not be patient enough to get it into the tight laneway and back door. Therefore, Sears arranged for your guys to come to deliver them. Your guys (Nick and Q) were so patient. They did not fuss, they took their time to ensure that there was not a single scratch on the machines. They even gave us a number of tips for installation so that we could ensure that the guys installing them would know what they were doing. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to find that there are still people who care in this world. They went above and beyond and they deserve to be recognized for it.
