Several years ago we had new hardwood and tile installed in all rooms of our home by Vince Ricci's installing teams at Speers flooring. We have always been extremely happy with the products and the professional installations that we received. However just recently we had a laundry machine leak on our lower level that migrated into a wood floored area and there was enough water damage to the floor that total replacement at a cost in excess of $5000.00 could have been required as the particular wood floor product had been discontinued so replacing the damaged 100 square feet was not possible. I e-mailed Vince and he replied the same day, had Tamin one of his install team leaders come to our home, he removed the damaged wood, meticulously laid it out in our furnace room, set up a powerful fan to dry the area and reinstalled the flooring five days later. It looks just like new and all for less than $1000.00. "how much better service can you get than that" Thank you Vince and thank you Tamin.

This was an exceptional service from the first call for a quotation to the final installation. Allan returned my call within half a day arrived the next day to see the job site, He offered very good advice for the installation and provided an on site price. I called to place my order later that day and a install date was set. We were kept informed along the way as to the progress of our custom order. Our new fence was installed on time and the workmanship is exceptional. Allan listened to everything I asked for and took the time to address every detail. Thanks Al for a great job! I called Andrrei, he arrived, gave me a verbal quote to re-finish our 15 year old Corian countertop, it had been done twice in the past. I write his price on the back of his bus. card, called him a few days later we set up a time. his associate Alex arrived, ON TIME he was clean , quite and congenial. The finish job was like a new countertop, my wife was absolutely surprised as top how good it looked. Not much more to say , great job fair price and a happy wife.

We have used Oakville Carpet cleaning in the past for area rugs and we were always pleased with the service and results. we recently called Paul for a price and time frame to clean one area rug and to clean a couch and two chairs in our family room. Price was right , end result was great and the job was done with every consideration and care of our home. Good service, quality workmanship and a fair price.

I am retracting my initial negative review on Wildwood Tree Service. Due to the fact that they called me and not only apologized to me but offered to return to my property to "make it right" or if it was not convenient they would issue me a credit for an acceptable amount that I choose not to disclose. "Thumbs Up" for an Oakville company that obviously appreciates customer service and satisfaction.

Well this can be summed up in very few words, starting with excellence! All of the work that the two man crew of Byron and Kyle did for us was performed with a professional touch and with a mission to please. John the owner of CWC has the right people representing his company and guess that's why he's been around so long. Great job guys!

This is not my first review on this company. However I am compelled to do so again due to service excellence above and beyond the norm. Mark completed all of the required wiring for my new pool pump and related fixtures, he did the job neatly and professionally... that was enough, but after my pool equipment installer could not get my new pump running as it tripped the circuit breaker on every attempt, I called Mark at House Depot and he arrived at 9:30 pm after a long day working on other jobs, he drove for an hour to get hear, spent an hour and a half checking all of the related circuits only to find that the pump had been wired incorrectly... he fixed the problem packed up shook my hand and left. No charge! Folks it does not get any better than that. Thank you Mark... Herb Benson

My review is simple, My regular electrician was out of town for an extended out of province job and I needed my work completed so that my pool equipment installer could proceed. I called House Depot, got Mark on the phone right away, we scheduled a time he and his helper arrived as promised and the job was completed in a professional manner and to my satisfaction for a fair price. I am a very fussy guy and like things to look neat and tidy Mark did this without my asking. I will call House Depot again when the need arises.
