Paul was professional, responsive, on time, and on budget - a great experience. He removed a claw foot tub with a custom wood surround, and the surrounding walls. Installed was a new tub with a bench at the end (to make up the space difference) and tiled walls. Behind the walls was a vapour barrier and new pipes. It looks great. There was a problem with the shower valve staying in, so that the flow would go to the shower head, but Paul returned and adjusted the water pressure in the house. The renovation was fast (3 days), clean (he cleaned up at the end of each day so that the rest of the bathroom could be used), and competitively priced compared to the other 3 quotes I got.
