The decision to move to Toronto took a long time, with many questions for Chloe at Trillium and my own local movers in Montreal. I needed storage for a couple of days and Trillium was very helpful and assured me it would not be a problem; and I had only to call therm 24 hours in advance and delivery would be made. The initial move from Montreal went pretty well with no real major events to have made me rethink my choice. Delivery to my new apartment also was the same and quite quickly for which I was appreciative. In the unpacking process there were a couple of blemishes on a particular piece which when discussed with Lisa, we came to an arrangement that has satisfied us both. Happy with my move and would use them again in a heartbeat.
