An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. My wife and I just moved into our first house and the team at Budget & Save Painters and Colour Design really took the stress out of the house painting process, if only the rest of the closing/moving process was this stress free. Our closing date moved around a bit and we had a very tight time frame for the team at Budget & Save Painters and Colour Design to work in and they didn't complain as we moved timing around. During the painting process the company found a number of problem areas that required patching and dry wall work that weren't included in the original estimate and they fixed them without prompting or asking for an adjustment to the bid. The quality of the work was first rate and the crew left our house cleaner than they found it. We will be recommending Budget & Save Painters and Colour Design to our family and colleagues.
