Remove Encare tank and install tankless Rinnai unit
Fair Deal Heating and Cooling removed an older rented powervent tank and installed a Rinnai RU199in tankless unit. The removal and install were done with quickly and with minimal interruption to both my wife and I working from home. Would recommend Ash and his team
I needed to remove the carpet from my basement (approximately 1000 sq.ft.) due to due to allergies. Sebastien and his team removed the carpet and under padding, removed the old baseboards and disposed of them. They installed new underlayment and laminate in 2 days. They also installed new 5" baseboard with shoe mould. They even managed to work around the weight machine in my excercise room, which had been assembled in room and could not be easily removed. I would highly recommend their work, they were considerate, careful, respectful and prompt. They are easy to work with and very professional.
