I would not hesitate to recommend Geoff and REI to my friends, family and anyone who is purchasing a home. Geoff was very professional and more thorough than expected. He uncovered issues with the home and was very knowledgeable about what it would take to get the issues resolved. This is not to mention his flexibility, with scheduling our inspection, to accommodate our needs and, despite this, still having an amazing amount of energy to complete the inspection. The Inspection report was timely and very detailed. He also presents the information in two formats, one that identifies common issues and maintenance suggestions with the specifics to the home that he is inspecting as well as one that just summarizes the information about our potential home. He has made us extremely confident that the house we are buying will indeed be our HOME for years to come.
