These guys are the real deal, they're honest, they're fast, they're well priced, and they guarantee their work. Don't underestimate the guarantee when you're dealing with pest control...they're called PESTS for a reason. Kevin and his crew came back no less than 7 times for us last winter to continue treating for mice, and continued to be pleasant and responsive on every visit. We had them in early this year in hopes of stopping the problem before it starts. Fingers crossed.

Matt came to fix a job that was done improperly by another plumber. He quickly determined the best solution, explained what he was going to do, and then did it. He also answered some questions I had about a couple of other issues, and politely offered his services (without any sort of hard selling) if I wanted to engage him again in the future.

I sent an email late on Sunday night. I had a voicemail from Kevin at 7:30am Monday. I returned his call about 12:30, and by 1:30pm he had Ryan at our house. Ryan knew his stuff, was friendly, and even gave our suck of a dog some attention in the process. Probably most impressive was the 6 month guarantee that Kevin backed up his work with. Thanks for the fast, friendly service guys. Looking forward to the marked absence of mice over the next couple of weeks.

Given that this wasn't a sexy job, I was glad to have it taken care of without any hassle or frustration. The estimator came the day following my initial contact with the company, provided a competitive estimate and suggestions for the best materials and approach. The 2-person crew did a good job with installation and offered some advice on a new rain barrel. Two issues: the company was so busy that the first available date they could schedule the work was 4-5 weeks after I faxed in the approved estimate, and the crew left behind a piece of the old eavestrough and a few sharp shards of the new eavestrough (remnants from cutting) in the back yard where our dog hangs out. Otherwise, totally satisfied.
