The technicians are friendly when they're in your house to do their job. They answered all questions and kept the house tidy while doing their job. Price wise, this company is not competitive and seem to overcharge their clients. The quotes on the phone differ from what's advertised on social media, a little frustrating... The customer service representative on the phone was rude and her attitude was not appreciated. She was not organized and messed up the home address twice. Would recommend company to call their own line to see how their staff treat customers on the telephone to help improve customer experiences.

Let me first apologize for your experience with our call centre. We record all of our customer service calls and audit a large number every week for training and to ensure quality service, and we take customer service complaints about our staff very seriously. In order to make sure we can address your concerns with the right person or people involved, we would appreciate if you would telephone our office at 780-455-2881 and ask to speak with our manager Matt.

In regards to our pricing, we strive to be consistent. We actually do not have an active social media presence, so again, if you can contact us with details of your concern, we would like to correct this. We do our best to explain our pricing structure on the phone, and it is based on the specific number of vents and furnaces in your home, so it's hard to be exact unless you have full information available when you call to book.
