Hi, We recently contracted Paradisaic to build our back deck and pergola. We were drawn to Paradisaic principally because of the early interactions we had with our client representative. Of the several quotes we had received, Richard was the only one to take the time to educate us about composite products and learn about our particular needs. We had started off with a quote that was slightly over our budget and took advantage of Ben's design service in order to get our project where we needed it to be. From that point on our every interaction with Paradisaic was ideal. We have had many contractors over the years and this was by far our best experience. Ben's designs were insightful and captured exactly what we wanted to use our space for...better than that, each revision allowed us to move the budget around until we were comfortable with the price. Work began 2 weeks after we made a commitment and our foreman (Greg - thank you so much!) and his crew had the 400 square foot composite deck and our beautiful cedar pergola installed in a weeks time. Perhaps the most appealing part of the whole process was the sheer amount of legwork we avoided with regard to permits, engineered drawings, and conversations with the township thanks to Cory and Richard.
