On a recommendation from Insta-Insulation, I called Ron for a quote. He was quick to respond (which I had several that didn't even bother to call back!) and come by with a quote. Work was done quickly efficiently and assisted me with issues I didn't even know I had once the original walls came down. I came to rely on his input and guidance through the whole Reno process. Great people, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend highly and looking forward to working with them again.

Amazing experience all the way through. I was introduced to Alex and the team by my roofer who recommended them. I had two teams come in over two different days. The first being the wall tight eco in the garage and the second topping up my insulation in my attic space which had very little. The first and second teams were efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all friendly! Any questions or concerns I had, Alex and the teams bent over backwards to assist me in any way they could. I appreciated learning every step of the install and how they made the whole experience easy and worry free. Would recommend them to anyone.

To say I had a roofing nightmare would be an understatement. We'd been dealing with a leaky roof since December and I had called several companies with little or no success and lived with the mess until we finally got a thaw. Once the weather finally turned the corner, I researched and called around to get someone to come and let me know what needed to be done. As per my last spreadsheet update, I had 7 that either could care less because I wasn't sure if I was going to have a full roof or a repair and the others never responded at all. Upon reading other reviews on here I decided to give Urban a try and very thankful that I did. Shaun was honest, upfront and showed me pictures of what was going on that even my inspector couldn't see. It was refreshing to deal with someone who just told it like it was and didn't try to sugar coat it. The work was done quickly and efficiently and any issues or questions I had were immediately addressed. Shaun definitely went above and beyond the call of duty and after all the unprofessional "businesses" I had to deal with, this was a breath of fresh air. Thanks a million!
