We had new doors installed in early March. While we are generally pleased with the doors there were a couple of small problems that required follow-up from the company. It's nearly two months later and we've had 4 visits and 2 appointments where they didn't come and didn't call during the scheduled time - leaving us waiting for more than 3 hours. We are still waiting for matching pieces of the door lock. Dealing with the Service Department is always difficult. They are generally unaware of the status of our project and unsympathetic at our frustration about missed appointments. I'm sure if the original installation had been successful, we would have been completely satisfied, but given the many difficulties with their service staff, we cannot recommend using this company. Update: The final issue has been resolved and we are satisfied with the doors. The company reached out after the original review was posted and expressed regret for the confusion in completing the project.
