I was billed twice for the same service by these people. And to make matters worse they never fixed the problem. I found them to be totally inept and afterwards dishonest. I would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

A pool heater that is model year 1998 15 years old sitting exposed to the elements. Life expectancy 8-12 years with some exceptions. The service dates were one week apart. The first call was a cleaning because the burner were plugged. Regular maintenance would have prevented this. The second call one week later was a faulty gas valve. Cause and effect. If something is working at the time of the service unfortunately its mechanical and we don't posses a crystal ball to determine when another part is going to fail. Two calls two charges our service is not free. We would have absorbed them and worked with you if you purchased a new unit. Unfortunate situation Thank you Drew Crowley
