I would really like to change my review and am not giving up hope that Ravi will produce the Paid in Full product. Sincerely hope he is not planning to stiff us now that he has all the money up front but is not returning our contractor's phone calls. A counter top was delivered in the wrong colour (original contractors fault) back in early February 2015, so Ravi had to remake a new one in the correct colour. We offered to cover half the expense just so to get the job completed. The replacement counter was delivered with multiple errors and had to be returned. (How there could be mistakes on a second counter is surprising enough as there was already a template made in the wrong colour) This was over 3 wks ago. Now our replacement contractor has been trying to reach Ravi and calls daily without success. what is going on here? Nobody is THAT busy.

Chris Ford arrived (emergency basis) and assessed the situation explaining it clearly. Put us in touch with another service that we required as a result - and even made the call for us. He is very respectful and thorough. We are awaiting his return with a part to complete the repair.

Punctual, honest, conscientious, efficient and there was no mess left for me and furniture was returned exactly to the original location (they actually took a before picture to achieve this - impressive). The work completed looks amazing and I will definitely use Roman again. So glad Stone Doctor put me in touch with this class act!
