We recently moved and had a new washing machine coming. Foolishly I waited until the last minute to disconnect and move the old machine; when I did I realized that the water shut off tap was old and broken. I could not shut off the water unless I shut down the entire house. I placed a call to Orella (based on strong Home Stars reviews) and got a prompt call from their office and then the nearest plumber. Communication was efficient and courteous and I had new taps that actually turned the water on and off within an hour. Professionalism and courteous throughout, I cannot say enough about the great service!

Frank was a pleasure to work with on the quoting and arranging the job. The team were quick and efficient. After a couple of heavy rainstorms I can say that I am very satisfied and sleeping much better knowing that I have a great system in place.

I was very pleased with the prompt, professional and courteous service. They disconnected my old Reliance water heater and got it up to the garage, inspected my space to find the optimal setup and I now have a great tankless water heater which operating great! A pleasure to work with and high quality work...cannot ask for much more than that.

I got home from work late on a very cold Tueday night. The garbage pick up had been that day so I opened the garage door to put the bins away. The door would however not close and even when I managed to disconnect the door opener and drag it down it was crooked. I googled around and saw good reviews for The Door Master so I placed a call. They were able to have their guy out the next day. The service was top notch with the problem quickly diagnosed and fixed (cable issue). The technician was very informative throughout the process and then took the time to test my garage door several times adjusting the opener not to pull the door as far back to lessen the strain on the system to help provide better reliability going forward. The technician also answered some questions I had about doors in general as I am thinking of getting some insulated doors next year. From the woman who answered the phone to the friendly and efficient onsite technicians I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend The Door Master.

I do travel sometimes and had been planning to install a sprinkler system at my house. I had four companies quote and am happy to have chosen Nutri-Lawn Burlington for the project. Kevin came out to quote during a nasty rain storm which we joked about for a sprinkler installation but quickly showed his expertise and desire to get me the best possible solution by suggesting a combined system with sprinkler heads for the lawn and drip irrigation for all of my backyard gardens (no grass in the backyard just gardens and stone). The communication with Nutri-Lawn was fantastic throughout and the installation crew did a great job leaving the site clean, the plumbing in better shape than when they arrived and an excellent system in place. Highly recommended!

I recently had an old fence and gate at my place removed (it was an eye sore and in an odd place) and replaced with a new fence and gate. Lee Dawson was friendly and easy to work with on the quote and he and his team did a fantastic job with the project. The new fence is moved up to a more logical location and it looks fantastic. The build quality is excellent and has already drawn rave reviews from the neighbours. I can happily thank Lee and his team for a job well done and would recommend them to anybody looking for a new fence / gate.

I just recently moved into a new place. I picked up a new keyless lock for the front door and Bryce installed it for me and also rekeyed three locks to simplify things with one key working for all the locks. Bryce was quick to respond and easy to work with in terms of booking a time. He showed up on time, was friendly and informative and did an excellent job all around. I was very happy with the service provided and would recommend :-)

I recently moved from Burlington to Waterdown and elected to use Rockstar Movers based on a strong recommendation. I couldn't be happier with the result. The move went quickly and seamlessly. Ryan and his team were all professional, polite and hardworking. Everything made it from A to B in great shape and the entire process was a pleasure.
