Got to love Sam! Did our roof 5yrs. ago. A year later raccoons ripped up our washroom vent - he fixed it - 4yrs. later they ripped it up again - Sam to the rescue - NO CHARGE !. Friendly, honest and reliable. We will only use Sam for our household needs.
