Look no further! Hire these guys, they are true gems. I hired Pat and Tony to lower our basement in early March during an extreme and unprecedented cold snap. Our basement was originally only 6 feet and was lowered to 8 feet and consisted of rock solid clay earth. Throughout the process Pat, Tony and their crew were not only well organized but extremely knowledgeable, patient and very professional. They clearly explained all steps of the process and were very accommodating when we made unanticipated changes to our basement design. Their recommendations for our basement drain layout, coupled with practical solutions for our bathroom and laundry needs were invaluable. Throughout the course of their work both Tony and Pat demonstrated a straight forward and ethical approach which resulted in the project being completed ahead of schedule. What we also appreciated was that our property was safely secured with all efforts made to keep us as warm as possible during the bitter cold by insulating our basement windows securely every evening.
