Wally is a disreputable contractor. He signed a contract to do a roofing job, started the job and refused to finish it. I had a roofing inspector observe his work and Wally was going to install his new roofing membrane over the top of old rotten material. He claimed that this was per the manufacturers recommendation. When I asked him to strip off the old roofing material on one section of roof he claimed that this is against the requirements of the product. My roofing inspector said he is not following good roofing practice, Wally claimed that the certified roofing inspector doesn't know what he is talking about. Don't trust this guy, just run away before he runs away with your money.
