Shakeel and his father came out to check on a raccoon problem. They were able to confirm no entry to the attic and patched up a couple areas as shown. Shakeel also checked out our deck as we feared raccoons living underneath. He was not 100% convinced based on his observations and recommended a couple of monitoring solutions to keep us from spending unnecessarily at this point. I appreciated his honesty. Super nice guys too! Will definitely use Pestend again and recommend to friends and family.

UPDATED 11/25/16 - I called Pestend to have Tony return and finish the job. He came on time as scheduled, removed the one-way exit door he had installed previously and repaired the point of entry/exit. Tony is just an awesome guy to deal with. I've worked with other companies on pest control and have found them not so easy to talk to. But Tony is both incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. He is the single biggest reason I will turn to Pestend for any pest control needs in the future. Thanks gain, Tony! We were sure we had a racoon living in the attic of our townhouse. Tony came and confirmed tracks in the attic as well as the point of entry before explaining the process for extraction/removal in detail and installing a one-way door. He was amazing to deal with - super friendly and from I can tell, super thorough in his installation of the one-way door. He was also just awesome to get to know throughout the entire process. I must have asked him a million questions, mostly out of curiosity, and he was happy to answer every single one of them.

We had an excellent experience with Shades of Home. From Marie's consultation, to Kirk's install, everything was great! Marie even followed up a few days after the install to make sure everything was as expected. I'll admit that we did explore other options before going with Shades of Home, but they back their work and were very competitively priced. Very satisfied!

Jeff's work and service were both outstanding. The first time he stopped by, he scoped out the project and provided me with a couple of options, before taking the info away and providing a quote. When he came back to perform the work, he assisted in prying up 4 deck boards in order to run the gas line in the most convenient place possible, and nailed them back down upon completion - totally out of his 'scope' of work I would say, but nonetheless he did it. Because I didn't have my grill at the time of the gas line install, he then came back a couple weeks later to finish the hook-up, and answered every single question I asked him along the way with nothing but patience - he wanted to make sure I felt totally comfortable with the new gas line. When I fired up the grill for the 2nd time this past weekend, there didn't appear to be any gas flowing through the line. I called and left a message for Jeff (on a long weekend) and he called back within the hour. We troubleshot the issue over the phone and off I went! Could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish with Family Comfort. I even referred him to a friend and they said the same thing!
