I called Sarman Air for a furnace check-up. I also had some questions about the furnace since we are not the original owner. I spoke to John who is very courteous and accommodating. He reached out a day before the appointment to confirm the time. On the day of the visit, he was punctual and professional. He performed a throughout check-up, and also patiently walked me through some details of the furnace and basic maintenance. The price was very fair and matches the estimate previously provided. I will call John again in the spring to check on our AC and pool heater.

Extremely satisfied with Vitaliy and his team. They are on time and on budge. They also went extra mile in their work. The drain in our driveway was blocked and water were building up during a heavy rain. Vitaliy’s crew came on the same day I called, which was a Saturday. They pumped the large pool of water away from the drain. We found out that our drain had about 3 feet of muddy debris and leaves in the bottom of the manhole. They were working to clean it out even in the rain. After clearing the debris and snake the pipe, the crew added an intake pipe to make future snaking of the pipe easier. I would not hesitate to recommend Master Drain & Water Works to family and friends!!!

The flashing of our 3-storey townhome was torn by strong winds and was hanging dangerously above the driveway. Something needed to be done quickly before large pieces could fall causing damages to the cars parked below, or worse, injuring passers-by. I called a few roofing companies but they didn’t seem to understand the urgency of the situation. Then I contacted Sensational Roofing. Ronald was at work a few hours later to cut away the torn section and eliminated the danger. The flashing had to be custom made and after couple of days Ronald returned to complete the job. I’ve also added a last minute request to put more brackets to our downpipe and Ronald was please to help. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommended and I will use Sensational Roofing services again.

We needed someone to look at the leak under our soffit. While I was at work, I contacted Mr. Roof Repair via email and within an hour Michael called back to get details of the problem and explain to me what I should be expecting in terms of services and pricing. He made arrangements with his crew and that by early afternoon Arthur was already on the roof working on the repair. Arthur called me back later explaining in details work he did. I also have the pictures of the work done. One great thing is I didn’t need to miss anytime from work. That weekend we had a big rain which gave me the chance to confirm that the repair was done properly. Michael, Arthur and the team deliver what they promised in a record time and decent price. Communication with them is a pleasure; they always replied to my emails and return phonecalls. I will not hesitate to use their service in the future.
