Bought the Samsung Top Load washing machine and dryer. The washing machine was delivered with a broken latch of the lid and the machine did not work as the lid won't close. Contacted Bad Boy, that I strongly wish to return this product. Bad Boy took no responsibility as I was told that it is now Manufacturer's issue, in this case, Samsung. Samsung has only one contractor and the technician only works M-F from 7:30 am until 6:00 pm. These are the working hours of my family as well too! Took a day off from work only to find out that the technician did not have the part and will have to order it am which will take a day. I on the other hand have no choice but to take another day off from work to make sure that their broken equipment is fixed only because it is in my house now. Buyers beware, Bad Boy did not deliver their promise as I wS told that they do no returns or refunds, inspire the fact they delivered a broken piece at my door front!!!!
