Glen sent one of his plumbers to our house to work on what we considered a simple job: install 2 new soldered R19 stops and re-plumb drain for p-trap. Right away, the plumber noticed the incorrect pipe that connects to the sink. However, instead of replacing the pipe, he left it. The pipe started leaking soon after he left. Few days later, he showed up again stating this: "I told Glen I hope the pipe does not leak". He used another pipe that still was not the correct one, but at least it stopped the leak. We were outraged that he knew what kind of pipe he needed to get and he still managed to show up with the incorrect one. We were outraged that he knew that the old pipe would most likely leak, and he still chose not to replace it and crossed his fingers instead. At the end of all this, he had the nerve to ask for additional $25 dollars just to cover the expense of his screw up.
