We found a wasp nest behind our siding this summer and called Pesticon (at 5:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon, no less.) They had a guy come by fifteen minutes later (!) to spray. It killed most of them, but drove a few inside in the subsequent days. We called again and he came back to finish the job at no extra cost. The phone operator was not the most professional, but the job was done and the service otherwise impeccable.
Called for a quick rekeying of our front door. They showed up a couple of hours later, and rekeyed it on the spot in fifteen minutes. No problems and no complaints.

Tom was knowledgeable, clearly communicated highly technical details in layman's terms, and a full written report was sent to us the same day. He did end up missing a potential fire hazard that was caught in our subsequent electrical inspection. I don't necessarily blame him for missing it, because our house is quite old and the previous owners did some unconventional (and downright stupid) things with their renovations, but there you have it. I will say that getting a detailed electrical inspection by the Electrical Safety Authority is a good idea, especially for older houses.
