I have used GCS for the past few years and have always been satisfied with the service provided. My experience with contacting the office to discuss a cleaning issue was also positive and resolved in a timely manner. I will continue to use GCS services.

I am frustrated beyond belief with this company. The service they provide to customers paying big money for hottib is atrocious. I have had my hot tub repaired 4 times, and each time requires 4-6 copies of the sales agreement, numerous follow up calls, and always, no one calls back. People, stay away from this company. They will push you to the brink of insanity.
