My IT in home support service decided to retire. I was desperate to find a replacement with the same experience and knowledge. I came across PC Service On Site. Thanks Lucy. Lucy's computer had some malware that was affecting its performance. We removed the malware and cleaned up her computer. We then helped her move from using Internet Explorer to Firefox - again making sure that her settings optimized the performance of her computer.
