An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Excellent outcome! A pleasure to have the work completed by such an effective team. The Fuller team worked well together accomplishing 100% of the contracted job. Challenges such as no strapping or insufficient space for certain wires were worked around or otherwise quickly overcome. The team is clearly used to working on their own with minimal contact with the client, so in the situation where the client is on site the team doesn’t necessarily take advantage of the client knowledge (e.g., easiest path for certain wires), or provide advance notice to the client of planned (e.g., moving client office from room to room without consulting client) and unplanned activities (e.g., Mike correcting date of hydro personnel involvement). The only complaints are very minor, regarding low quality of some of the plastering, perhaps more dust during and after job (in ‘clean’ areas) than necessary, and insufficient consideration that their worksite is also a home. None of which relate to the outcome of professionally installed and functioning up to code wiring. I would definitely strongly recommend the services of the Mike Fuller team. In particular the role of Jimmie the foreman was exceedingly well done. Doug,
