This was the first time I ever used cleaning services, as I usually don't see the point in spending money on things I can do myself. I was wrong, this is a team of pros that have the experience and equipment necessary to do a good job. We were crunched for time as we had renters moving in, but Jacob made every effort possible to accommodate our schedule and get our unit cleaned and ready to go. I was so impressed with how detailed the cleaning was that my only regret was not telling them to tone it down so that they could retire slightly earlier. This was completely my fault though as the cleaners are in fact open to hearing feedback. Overall, great service and most importantly, worth the money.
