We had our driveway paved by C. Aurora Paving summer of 2016. We cannot be happier with the work that was done. Mike and his crew were meticulous in tearing up our old driveway so not to damage our brand new stonework. When it came time to lay the new asphalt weeks later, they took their time to ensure the driveway was leveled and the asphalt was packed, rolled evenly and smoothly. Our neighbours are still paying us compliments for how great it looks. From the quality of material used to the their workmanship and customer service, we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful driveway.

If you are looking for a cabinet maker that takes pride in his work...Jeno from Jencia Cabinets is your man! We met with several kitchen cabinet/cabinet makers for a few projects. Initially it was for built-ins and mantel for our living room and adding an addition to our existing kitchen as we were revamping our kitchen to give us more counter space, etc. Because we were getting it professionally painted, we needed to add a section of upper and lower cabinets/pot drawers. I was getting tired of listening to the same sale man pitch or someone telling me what they want...Jeno was the only one that didn't try to sell me on a brand new kitchen. He listened to what we wanted with both the built ins and mantels, gave us his professional advice and made it work beautifully! Jeno's workmanship exceeded our expectations. Our built ins are a major focal point and everyone who sees them loves them and our kitchen is exactly what we wanted. (we actually wish we had known about Jeno 13 years ago when we installed the first kitchen...quality is much nicer). Since Jeno and his wife were so great to work with, we then asked him to design the inside of our newly built walk in pantry. Words cannot describe how grateful we are that we found Dani and his crew! After weeks of searching for a company to do a fairly large project, Royal Town was our last hope in securing a reputable and honest company to give us exactly what we hoped for and more! They came in at a comparable, but slightly lower price than other companies. We not only hired Dani on his expertise and talent but also his character. What a great guy! We hired Dani to redo our front entrance/landing with flagstone and copping on our flower box. We also asked him to redo and enlarge our backyard patio by using a Brussel Block, he built us the structure of our outdoor kitchen AND we dropped in a basketball pad out of a different colour Brussels Block for the kids...and adults too! The outcome is extraordinary! We are over-the-top happy with the outcome of these projects! (will post pics soon...because we know you want to see them) Dani and his crew, Harold and Antonio worked tirelessly for just over two weeks to demolish, gut out the back and create a masterpiece...by hand as the entrance to the backyard was too narrow for a bobcat to get back there. Their work ethic and workmanship is impeccable. Our property was left clean and neat each and every evening. They are honest, hardworking, pleasant, humble and funny. It was such a pleasure having them here. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Royal Town. Feel free to ask us any questions.

I have been meaning to write to you for the past three weeks in regards to the service that was provided to us by R.F.My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we were provided from RF. We had issues with our neighbours and leaking downspout causeing them concern.. Our urgent need to have those issues addressed were met in a timely,professional and honest manner. R.F. was very patient and understanding with our requests and our several phone calls to him as our neighbour was causing us grief every minute of the day. You can really tell when someone is proud of their work and proud of the company they represent. We rarely have an opportunity to write about someone and give praise to them and the job they do but when it is deserved,as in this case it's only fair their employer should know and recognize thier efforts (were sure that you do).Congratulations to you Avenue Road for doing a great job hiring these fine employees such as RF. He is a great guy and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours! thank you for servicing our home. You will definately have our business for years to come.

We used this company for two years. In our second year, with treatment, our grass looked awful! It was the worst on the street. I placed a call and told them how dissatisfied I was with their service and that a lawn that is meticulously maintained should not look the way it did. I asked that they come out and fix it. Sure they came out and fixed it right away....an charged me for it. When I got the bill I contacted them and was furious. First they ruin my lawn or don't do any "treatment" to prevent the mess and then they charge for it. Well, I told them not to contact me again because I did not want their services for the following year. They told me that it was noted. Fast forward to March of this year, I was getting ready for work and lo'and behold a Dr. Green truck leaving my house. I went outside and found an invoice. I called the company and spoke to a rep who told me not to worry about it the account should have been closed and no amount would be owing. Wonderful!...or so I thought. This week I see an invoice from Dr. Green in my mailbox. I called them and they told me that the rep should have cleared the amount owing and that because i didn't contact them in the winter to cancel for the spring the contract was continuous. What??? I explained how livid i was in the summer and how I did not want them coming out again. They said the only note they had was that "customer may want to cancel for next spring"...I was so angry last summer, I know and clearly recall saying "please do not call me for next season as I do not want you stepping foot on my property. I do not want your services". Conveniently, they don't have those notes and only have "may want to cancel". On top of that, they offered to split the cost and only have me pay half of the amount. It's not the $25 or $50... now its the principle. They try to suck people into paying for something they didn't ask for. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I have not paid them and will not pay them. They screwed up and didn't take accurate notes and now they are trying to get paid for it. I am not giving in. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
