I HAVE A FANCY HOT TUB/SPA AND NEEDED FILTERS FOR THIS UNIT. THE SELLER OF THE HOT TUB LISTS THESE FILTERS AT TWICE THE PRICE THAT I PAID BUYING THEM AT POOL & HOT TUB DEPOT. I CALLED IN THE ORDER - TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A DISCOUNT ON MULTIPLE BUY AND RECEIVED THE ORDER THE FOLLOWING DAY - LEFT ON MY DOORSTEP. THAT IS SERVICE!

Called Carlos (owner) and arranged to have heavily soiled and stained carpets cleaned as best as possible. 3 bedrooms and a full flight of stairs - he faced puppy and dog accidents, coffee and wine spills, heavily trafficked stairs etc. Carlos spent as much time prepping everything before using the steam cleaner. Special chemicals, elbow grease and scrubbing removed the majority of stains and the rest completed with the steam cleaner and deodorizer left our home SPOTLESS. I could not believe how good a job Carlos did. As he explained it's all in the chemicals used and the scrubbing preparations at the outset. Kudos to Carlos.

We have a backyard that is all swimming pool with very large planter boxes scattered throughout the perimeter of the pool and planter boxes mounted along the side of our home.......our vegetable garden. Besides the front lawn needing water we wanted our vegetable garden to benefit as well. I envisioned a labour cost that might price the project out of reach.....and then along came John. This is not a new review for a job that just got done. John and his crew did the install 3 years ago!. John's quote was the least expensive, using the most effective irrigation system available and name brand equipment with parts readily available on the market. Our vegetable garden is thriving. Deciding factor in hiring Green Valley was not just on price. John's crew is well gelled. You could not tell that the crew came to our home.....all were polite and all worked very hard.....made a complicated installation look easy....and most important left all in pristine condition.....this job was done 3 YEARS ago AND all still running flawlessly. I am proud to write a review for John Nissan - owner of Green Valley.....John is one of those rare tradesman that walks it like he talks it. I wish John much success.....hope he gets lots and lots of new customers.

I rarely if ever write reviews....but once in a while you run into a service company that deserves all the kudos they can get. You want a reliable HIGHLY competitive lawn and garden irrigation company - call John Nissan. John's company installed our system over 3 years ago...it has worked flawlessly ever since and this year with the weather being very hot and dry our system produced the best vegetable garden we have ever had! John made it that every planter box, every nook and cranny in the garden, everything was sufficiently watered which produced a bountiful harvest. The installation was complicated, the equipment all top notch and name brand ...the price?...cheaper than 4 other quotes....no fancy brochures, no colour flyers, just hard working fellows who came, saw and conquered in one day leaving our property just the way they found it. had several companies quote on 3 window replacements....one of the windows needed to accommodate air conditioner....some companies wanted premium to custom build .....Consumers had no problem accommodating at no additional charges. Installers were by far and wide the best ambassadors for the company - they were professional, thorough, polite and spared no expense to make certain all was sealed including re-mounting the A/C. and making it air tight. Best of all - 10% deposit paid wiuth balance due 6 months from now - no additional charges. Consumers Choice quote was several hundred dollars cheaper than three other window companies....Consumers will be the company that will replace all windows in our home eventually. They are my "choice"

I am not a new customer. I am not exactly an old customer either. But I am a very grateful customer for having the good fortune of hiring an irrigation company to service my lawn and garden....Green Valley Irrigation owned and operated by John Nissan. At the outset John was punctual and polite and priced the job for my front and back lawn making it hard to say no and assured me that the job would be done yesterday.!! Sure enough John showed up shortly after the hand shake.....and asked for payment after the job was completed to my satisfaction. John and his crew not only did the job in a broom swept manner but did a wonderful job of making sure our vegetable garden in the back along with all the garden beds spread throughout the backyard were appropriately covered. This past year was by far and wide the best crop of vegetables we've grown to date ....... for a little additional cost of water on our hydro bill we got back an abundance of vegetables we eat all the time...savings us a bundle of money grocery wise. If you are considering an irrigation system installed by true professionals for a price that beats them all I highly recommend John at Green Valley. John Nissan owns and operates Green Valley Irrigation Ltd. The initial installation was flawless and complete. The system included a zone specifically for our satellite planter boxes (where we grow our vegetables) The planters are scattered throughout our back and side yards. John's crew ran remote lines to each box......our vegetables are thriving and much time has been saved by not lugging water containers to the gardens. This follow up review is to advise those considering an irrigation install to call John Nissan. I have met very few trades that care for their customers as much as John does. I have had two service calls since my original install - one to move a sprinkler head because I mistakenly told the crew to put it in the wrong place and a second service call to help me with the programming of the irrigation controller. Both times John came by, saw the problem, fixed and bid me a good day....no charge - happy to do so. His initial install price at the outset was MORE than competitive and his after install service is commendable and leaves me with nothing but gratitude. Yes, it's only an irrigation system but dollar for dollar John's company delivers the best bang for your buck. Kudos again to John and his crew. Hard Renovations does it all-framing-drywall-plastering-painting-floors-Diligent and Thorough. After job completed all was left in a broom swept condition-vacuumed and cleaned up. Carpentry, painting, plastering is their specialty but it appears the company can tackle any job.

Called Zeggy at Wet Basement GTA who arrived Fri.morning for free estimate...he saw damage and our grief and immediately summoned his crew in Sat.morning to effect repairs. Basement is bone dry with 25yr. warranty. Extremely pleased with the job as he left all in broom swept condition.

after 22 years...time to replace existing...good news is that I purchased most efficient system for home comfort....bad news is that installers could NOT get the furnace to operate...does this qualify me for $500? inconvenience offer? Appears as if mother board on furnace an initial failure-no fault of installers who did an exemplary job. Currently waiting for Reliance service man as furnace was installed today April2/2104
