Samsung Builtin Microwave Repair
I had a problem with Samsung microwave, and Samsung arranged a service call with Waterloo Appliance Service. The technician (Chris) arrived on time and preformed the repair (replaced door) very quickly (<30 min) and professionally. Chris was also extremely personable and between our conversation, I even forgot he was repairing the microwave at all. Excellent service that you don't see very often. The entire experience from Samsung to Waterloo Appliance was quick and seamless and I would not hesitate on using their services again or recommending them to my friends.
