Dishonest. Said they came- didn’t and I had video to prove they didn’t come. I emailed and got no response. I called and they said they would call me back. No response so a week later I called again. Person on phone said they were busy and was very condescending. I said i was obviously taking up too much of her time and said not to bother coming if so busy and canceled. Office manager called back to again explain how busy they are and took no responsibility for not responding to email or my call. Then she ended up yelling when I pointed out it seems dishonest when they invoice for work not done and not following up. They are very busy with gypsey moth outbreak so don’t inconvenience them by calling now.
