I purchased their premier boiler service and didn't receive competent or a premier service. My boiler wasn't operational from Dec 12 to Jan 31. No heat or hot water in the house following a bungled annual service and partial repair. The service tech couldn't locate heat affected parts after disassembly of the boiler for inspection and cleaning. Parts that were available on 2 days delivery from Winnipeg couldn't be sourced. After the long wait, tools that had been left behind were rounded up, the burner efficiency check couldn't be done as that tool was left at the last job the tech asked for $39 and change. I respectfully declined as I had been waiting for the manager to contact me to refund the premiere service charge, a service I didn't receive and a manager that knows little of service or email. I was contacted the next day by accounts asking for the balance of payment 50% of total. 1 email, 3 calls later still no response from the manager. I strongly suggest contacting a business that provides service.
