Disappointed with service. They don't get a zero because they did show up to every snowstorm but negatives were as follows: 1) Often came late in the afternoon after an overnight snowfall. By that point we have had to go in and out multiple times so the snow gets packed down. 2) 3 storms did not clear walkway at all despite paying for service. When questioned stated that they only did walkway's when it snowed 7-10 cm. This is contrary to contract which states they remove snow falls of more than 5 cm. 3) When questioned they were not quick to respond or very friendly and welcomed us to look for another service next year. We will take their advice. Will definitely not recommend or use again.

The ordering process was easy, with Marcello being extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. The install went smoothly being done efficiently and with professionalism. Happy to use them again or refer them to family and friends.
