This is the 2nd time around for me with Coverall, this time a smaller task of a roof over the storage shed. Once again, an exceptional job. George made it so easy to schedule in what was work during the companys busy schedule. Again the employees on site, Mike and Matthew, were efficient, professional and very accommodating. As for the work itself, it entailed a full underpad (that was offered right off the bat) underneath the shingles and everything was done to perfection. The clean up was pristine. Mark delivered the supplies and packed up all the excesses and garbage to cart away. All the cleanup and work was done with complete respect for the neighbours, something important since we live so close together. Of course I would have absolutely no qualms about recommending this company to anyone.

What can be said about Sewer Squad from Ajax other than perfection. Josh, very approachable on my preferences and very professional, suggested various options to complete the job. There were 3 indoor sink faucets, 2 sink J-bends (one difficult because the extension out from the wall was very short and Josh had to rework the ABS configuration), 7 shut-offs, and 2 outdoor taps (one that had to be recessed that jutted into the driveway). Everything was meticulously done but I was also impressed at how Josh solved problems that I would never have thought possible. All the work was clean, even the neat cut in the basement drywall that actually looks fine. One other thing. The staff is incredible. They came when they said they would, gave me a text to let me know when they were on their way, and made it very easy to add things when I had forgotten a few other tasks. As I said, it was perfection. Many thanks to Sewer Squad and to Josh.

Totally safisfied with Watermark which has served me now for 18 years and always professional, trustworthy with products government-rated for performance. Justin was simply great. I had an exceptional experience with Otto's Masonry. They fulfilled every request I made and even managed to come in under the initial estimate. Everyone on the team was polite and accommodating, offering sensible alternatives that enhanced the project. The final result exceeded my expectations. Otto, the owner, was frequently on-site to review and make necessary adjustments. Marvin and Ramón were dedicated, handling numerous last-minute changes I requested without any hesitation. Nish expertly managed the retaining wall. The office staff, Maryanna and Marie-Jo, were incredibly professional and efficient. One noteworthy observation was the pride each team member took in their work. This pride was evident in the quality of the job. The rest of the team included Boochi, Raman, Carlos, and Alex, all of whom were outstanding in their roles. The fact that I remember all their names speaks volumes about the positive impression they left. I highly recommend Otto's Masonry for any project.

Once again LB came to the rescue. The staff explained the issues with the furnace and questioned why the PREVIOUS contractor (I switched to LB afterwards) did not register the furnace with Lennox to extend the warranty, a normal procedure that LB always does. No matter. LB, Ted, Ali and Vinaya all worked together to get the parts and replace them asap. And for that I am forever thankful. One other thing. None of them mind if you want to watch. I've been told so many times by other contractors to leave the room. Not LB. That tells me they are confident in their abilities. Anyway, thanks to all the staff and I'm enjoying my warm house once again. Cheers!

First of all the crew at Volt Master Inc of Brian (owner), Michael and A.K. were as friendly and as accommodating as you can imagine. And Jen at the office was so friendly, helpful and efficient at keeping me up to date and good at organizing everything. Secondly, over the years I have hired numerous contractors and Volt Master is definitely a high level, repeat-business company. They did a perfect, professional job in every aspect. They laid an underground electric cable beyond specifications, that is, deeper than code just to make sure it would have maximum protection. Who does that? They also added a 220V at the house, a light (auto on/off), outlet and subpanel in the shed, and an outdoor patio plug for the future. I noticed also that all the hardware was of the highest of quality. They also reinforced the shed where the EV charger was going, and did a professional job accessing the main panel at the house with very clean access points, perfect recementing, and literally no drywall repairs needed in the downstairs bathroom. Everything was cleaned up and the grounds were ready for the next step. Hopefully the other contractors will be this good. The best part is I finally have an electrician that I can trust completely.

Otto is fully professional and a great service. First of all the task had some danger to it so I wanted to go with a company with a lot of experience - taking away part of a chimney and rebuilding the area to make a flat wall. The chimney jutted out into the driveway and prevented its use. The staff always kept me up to date and in fact upon request fit me in a bit early to accommodate other contractors. Who does that?? Their employees came that day that it was scheduled and Mario and Manuel were polite and very experienced. I was very happy with the work and have no problem recommending this company to anyone. Excellent and totally professional company. It was a 3 man crew with Marcus, Gilles and I think it was Andrew/Jason (can't remember). Anyway the very large mulberry (difficult gnarly tree) was safely down in a few hours along with a dead cherry tree. Stump grinding done a few days later. Place was completely cleaned up and there was no way the job could be done better. Came when they said, rain delay of one day all communicated to me and then next day reconfirmed of their arrival. Absolutely incredible.

Mike was great. He explained everything about what he was going to do in detail, so right off the bat I was convinced I had hired a pro who knew everything about his craft. He picked out areas with calcium on the brick caused by water trapped in behind seeping through, and fixed everything up to perfection. He matched the colour and made the entire job neat and professional. I would have no problem recommending Browne's Contracting to anyone.

LB Heating & Air Conditioning is exceptional. Both Ted and Delleny were excellent, doing a thorough cleaning and also an inspection to make sure the system fell in line with the operation specs. They did discover that the furnace had not been bonded by the previous installer years ago. Good to know, as that is not a safe situation. The word of this company is spreading in our neighbourhood as they were referred to me by a neighbour and I have since passed their contact info along to 2 other households in the area. I can’t thank them enough and have no trouble recommending them to anyone

Coverall is an extraordinary company. George, the owner, and Donny and the crew predicted they could do it in just one day and even though short staffed, they did exactly that, working from early morning into the evening. I've helped on a few jobs in my younger days and I know what a good job looks like, and this was perfect. I think when a company knows its stuff, they can work efficiently and quickly. I've hired other companies with a bigger crew and they took 3 to 4 days. They also added extra metal vents One other thing. They made sure the neighbours were not inconvenienced. That was important because our houses are close together. I have no problem at all recommending them to anybody. Thanks so much

Watermart is a great company and Dave and his staff always take care of everything. I like the fact that they use certified filters that are verified to perform the job per specs. They send out reminders on filter changes and you can get any manner of help if you plan to do some simple maintenance/filter changes on your own. I can't remember the price so I'm really only guessing. Price is never a concern for me if I know the company will do a great job, but my recollection is that when I found Watermart they were competitive with their price compared to others, but their level of quality is higher.

Thanks to Dean, Memet and Jose for doing a solid, professional job in every way, from customer service, quote, parging and clean-up. The foundation (from 1924) had a couple of deep gouges in it (5 inches deep and about 4 feet X 5 feet (vertical/horizontal), likely from a neighbour's leaky downspout. The surface was loose along the whole side so they scraped down till they found solid and then built it back up with layers. Cosmetically it looks very good while it adds strength and leak-prevention to the wall. I have NO problem recommending this company. You can't take chances with a foundation.

Superb company, entirely professional. Dario and Andre are highly qualified and did a perfect install. They used threaded gas piping which is my preference, although it's a lot more work for them, and ran both exhaust and intake from the tankless across house width to get them out of the way (again a lot more work). All their work was neat and well-designed. As a result, the furnace and tankless are running at top efficiency. I would recommend Hurricane to anyone without hesitation.

Very impressive company. First of all Valentyn is a very nice person, very good at assessing the problem (experienced), and easy to work with. He came at the appointment time and assessed the issue very quickly. He determined that the cylinder needed replacing to fix the lukewarm water issue (cylinder allowing mixing of water) and that the spout was causing the leak behind the wall. It all made sense, based on where the leak was damaging the wall. He reseated the old, loose spout with new (orange) plumbing tape (thicker than white tape) and it screwed in tightly to the vertical. The new cylinder will be ordered to replace the old one, if available. Otherwise, Valentyn will redo the faucet system. He explained how this would all be done if that needed to happen. To find DrainCom, I narrowed my search to 12 plumbers, and after assessing cost, problems customers had, workmanship, and how established was the company, I came up with DrainCom that filled all the qualities. We are very happy with Valentyn and DrainCom, and would recommend them to anyone.

My second entry for Atlascare. Stephanie and Alex did a great job cleaning the ducts with some very high tech equipment that you don’t see with other companies. They created clean entrances to the ductwork to facilitate access to all areas, and used, when required, narrow nozzles to access non-removable old-style vents. With their use of slip-on covers and temporary rubber carpeting, they left absolutely no mess whatsoever. On top of all this they were a lot of fun and didn’t seem to mind my bad jokes.

Best company I've ever hired. Gary, Herald, and Rick did a perfect installation and Fraser covered all aspects of what needed to be done and the details of the contract. Everyone, including the office staff, were professional and polite. I didn't have many questions or requests because AtlasCare puts everything in the contract. The warranties are excellent and the installers knew exactly what they were doing. This was important because heat pumps are quite a bit more complex than air conditioners. They took the time to check every component and line so that everything worked exactly to specs. This company sets the standard for what companies should be like, but usually aren’t.
