Frank in Etobicoke

We hired Franmac to build a front porch. From the beginning Frank from Franmac offered great suggestions on the design. During the building of the porch Frank constantly provided great recommendations to the porch so that there was a consistent style to porch. Also, during the building of the porch we had over 30 neighbours come over to myself and Frank and comment on how beautiful the porch was. Frank constantly kept making minor adjusts to porch to ensure that it looked great. I could tell that Frank is very proud of his work and wants it done right. Over then next few years we plan to do a number of renovations and plan to Franmac for each project since we know that it will be done right.

We hired Rocco to provide drawings for a front porch. Rocco also obtained the permits for us too. Everything went smoothly and Rocco always kept updated through the process. I will use him again for other projects we have planned.

I hired Footprint to build an arbour in front of the intake and exhaust pipes for a high efficient furance and a tankless water heater in order to hide the pipes since they were an eye sore. The arbor built for me far exceeded my expectation. It was also impressive to see that the team from Foorptint were passion at what they did and took pride in what they build. Friends and neighbours who have taken a look at the arbor all comment and on the high level of craftsmanship.
