Sloppy work. They drilled into a pipe while installing an outlet because they didn't check if there was anything behind the wall first. Caused a huge leak in the wall (water everywhere) which then made our radiant heating pump fail. Ted came by to check out what happened and said nothing to us. No apology or anything. Ended up costing us $700 to repair our heating pump. Will certainly not be hiring them again.

I purchased my first home in February and got flooring quotes from a few places downtown as well as Frontier. Their prices are MUCH more reasonable than what you can find downtown and I found the Frontier team to be honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable! Also, they got the job done in one day!
