We live in a bungalow dating from the years 1970. Our shingles needed to be replaced, but additionally it needed more insulation. During the deep colds of the winter, a thick strip of frost was forming around the soffit. Also, durning the hot summer days, the inside of the house was getting hot as an oven. After a meticulous inspection and evaluation of the situation, Justin from Rockyview Roofing proposed a plan, an agenda and a reasonable cost for the renovation of our roof. He and his team showed up at the planned date, followed the agenda, worked professionally, and Justin respected the planned cost for that important renovation. Since then, the house is a lot more comfortable and there is no more frost along the soffit. I’m also sure that the house will be a lot cooler during the hot days of summer.
