They showed up on time and completed the work quickly and according to the quote. My only two complaints would be that they used SharkBites, which I really wasn't pleased with, as I expected soldering from professional plumbers, and my other complaint would be that I originally needed emergency service and the soonest appointment time offered at first was four days away for some reason. There was one other hiccup that occurred, but apologies were made.

Michael was prompt, very polite and efficient and provide very good service all around. He cleaned my ducts nicely and answered all my questions. My only suggestion would be that he not affix things like reminder stickers to ducts or furnaces without asking. I would have preferred to put that in my note book and not have it attached to my ducts. Would recommend this company! Book early as they are popular.

THE GOOD: The office staff were really, really great and took the time to answer all of my questions during the booking process. The movers showed up ~ on time. THE BAD: The movers repeatedly asked me where all my things were as I had moved most light things myself already and only had larger items left to move. They loaded the van in ~three trips. It seemed to take them 15 minutes to return with each trip even though we were only one floor up. I once had to leave my place to go look for them as they had been gone for quite awhile. They forgot to bring sheets to wrap my furniture and when I asked whether I would be charged for the time we were spending standing around they replied, "yes, mistakes happen" and were not apologetic. They became rude once I called the office to double check this and things went down hill from there in terms of their attitude. THE UGLY: The job took twice as long as it should have. The mover added up the total incorrectly so I was charged an additional hour (this was corrected later on by the office staff). I have hand prints on my couch and glass desk as the movers did not wear gloves or wash their hands. My credit card was billed twice (this was corrected later one by the office staff). The experience left me feeling extremely bad and I was actually quite angry with the friend who recommended this company to me. I've moved again since then and went with a van + friend this time. Saved myself $350 and moved in less time with fewer headaches.
