Hire students that don't know what they are doing. Came to fix kitchen drain at 9am- our entire house's hot water supply went out all of a sudden at 1pm even though we took warm showers that very morning. Than said they'd charge additional $600++ to fix a problem that didn't exist in the morning. We're now sitting here at 9 at night for an overnight service call from Epcor (extra $$ to be charged) to make sure that we don't have a gas leak in the house because of what he did. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
