Our Property on Lake Simcoe is entirely wood including the wood siding and terraces and railings. After 20 years a lot of the wood had rotted and needed to be replaced and in the Guest house carpenter ants had taken hold. Dan and his people were able to repair and restore everything and then paint the entire property so that it was back in the state that it was when it was new. Dan was able also to replace two windows that faced the brutal weather that sometimes comes in from the lake. He was also able to totally remake the specially designed wooden gates and re=align the pillars that held them. He and his people were pleasant to work with, always checked with me for anything that they encountered that was unexpected, and was able to fix and restore absolutely everything to its original state - perhaps even better since they added extra weather protection. We are extremely pleased with how Dan did the work - and, of course delighted with the final result. The quality of the workmanship was superb, and the pride he takes in his workmanship account for how carefully every detail was addressed. We were very pleased with Dan, recommend him to all our friends and would use him again if we needed any carpentry, repair or painting or construction work
