I bought the most expensive mattress in Bad Boy last fall 2013, a Bassett Cavalli. I now have a worn out spot/tear on the bottom. After 3 calls to customer service, I finally did have a tech rep out today. He took pics and said it is unrepairable. I did by the Solid Gold warranty, called Sleeptrust for mattresses. I asked the tech rep what happens now. He said it is up to head office and the manufacturer what they want to do. Based on all the things I have read, I am very nervous if this will be handled well! Stay tuned! UPDATE: Bad Boy did call back and approved by return of my $1500 mattress due to the tear. Went into my local store, picked out a new mattress this past Saturday and it was delivered the following day while taking away my old mattress. No extra fee's, no delivery charge, straight exchange. My new mattress was less than the first so no I have an in store credit which is fair. Overall I was expecting the worst and came away with a VERY positive experience. The in store staff were (Joanne & Nick) were extremely helpful and friendly. Improved my ratings of them! Thank you Bad Boy!
