The pipe to our garden tap snapped after the hose pipe was attached. We had water everywhere,and the inside tap to shut of the water had siezed. We had water poring out onto the garden. I called Valentine having searched home star reviews. He said he would come next day at around 9am. We shut off the water from the mains. Next day he arrived on time. A new garden tap was installed and secured properly to the wall, unlike the previous company who secured a new tap to an old piece of wood.He installed a new water shut of valve inside the house and left instructions on how to switch off before the winter. Fast, super polite, efficient clean and did not charge a call out fee. His price I felt was extremely reasonable for the time spent. Would recommend highly,

We had a 70 year old Norway Maple, damaged from the storm this winter. Craig came out within a day to give me a very competitive quote. We had three quotes from companies, but I was impressed how readily he had a full insurance coverage paper he left, along with the quote. The job took a little longer than expected, due to the complexity of hydro wires amongst the tree. I have never seen trades men work so hard!! Clean, efficient, professional and took care to ensure all the remains of the tree were cleared up. Logs were taken for firewood by one of the crew and all branches were mulched. Recommend highly.
