We made our purchase with Reliance with our Costco membership. Installers Ross and Matt were terrific; showed up on time, courteous and "can do" even without full electricity to the basement (because of ongoing renovations). No concerns; they were thorough, professional and tidy! Couldn't get the full briefing on system operation because electrical work to hook up was more involved than originally thought, plus it's winter again, so will wait for the final hookup and briefing. For now, extremely satisfied with Reliance (whose office people were extremely helpful) and these two young tradesmen. Good job.
