I contacted Imperial Roofing after I went through many reviews and other companies. I interviewed a few selected and Imperial Roofing was the one that had reasonable answers, expertise and credentials to deliver a good job. Mike provided competitive pricing and the job was done in a timely fashion. The crew cleaned up thoroughly after the installation was done. Mike advised me on the roof colour and the house looks now much modern. It doesn't show that a roofing crew was around, every plant looks alive and well. Very pleased with the results. (They'll come back in the spring to replace the old east wall vinyl siding).

Amazon cracked several slate stones on the porch whe trying to install the pickets. I had to call a mason to replace the stones ($350) Amazon refused to pay for the damage or acknowledge that they did not know that the job had to be done with a diamond drill bit instead of a regular drill bit. Amazon also refused to give back my deposit ($600) It was a very stressful and costly experience.

THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WAS INTERESTED AT DOING A GOOD OVERALL WATCH OF THE FURNACE. HE MADE SURE AS WELL, THAT THE CONNECTED HUMIDIFIER HAD WATER RUNNING PROPERLY. THANK YOU AGAIN.
