This price included snow removal of driveway and walkway. They were very efficient, customer oriented, the driver/plower was always courteous and helpful. If I had an early appointment, I could call in and they would do an early removal. The price is somewhat more expensive than others, but I've had superior service from them than other past companies.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Maybe text people to let them know they're coming? Just so customers could get outside and move their vehicles.

While they performed a great job at a reasonable cost, it took them about three months to perform the window repair because of the actual waiting for the actual material. Pella was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Improve turnaround time for obtaining parts, especially during window.
