Elad did a great job of creating a laundry nook for us & installing a new washer-dryer. He was always on time, very responsive to calls and texts, and did a thorough, clean job. He was committed to getting the job done on time and on budget, which we appreciated. It was a bit of a complex job since we're in an older home and there wasn't an obvious spot for the nook to go, so he helped us figure out the best spot for it (in the office closet!) and coordinated with the plumber and electrician to get the job done right. We're so happy we found Elad and will definitely use his services again for future renovations.

Tomer and his crew built us a new deck on our 3rd floor patio, a small balcony off the kitchen, and replaced our front porch and steps. They worked efficiently and finished the whole project in 2 weeks, and on budget. Tomer was on site each day to ensure work was going as planned and helped us make design choices to work with our space and style. He was responsive to a few small changes we requested once we got started - it was clear he wanted to us to be happy, even if it meant spending a bit more time. The decks looks beautiful and we're hoping it stops raining enough this summer so we can enjoy them! This was our second time hiring Living Construction (the first was a kitchen & bathroom remodel) and they're our go-to for any work we need done.

We worked with Tomer and Tal to renovate a rental unit in a house we recently purchased and had just moved into (we moved in on Saturday, they started work on Monday). They're both very nice, genuine guys (unlike many people who work in construction) and we trusted them to deliver on what they promised, which they did. They completely gutted the bathroom, did some carpentry work in the kitchen, installed potlights, painted, and did some other odd jobs that came up throughout the project. We had an aggressive timeline (we wanted to get the place rented out as soon as possible!) and they worked hard to complete on time, which we were thrilled with. Their prices were reasonable and we were very happy with the final results. We plan to use them again when we need work done on our unit upstairs.
