An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
"My driveway gates only opened to 90 degrees and I needed them to open to 180 degrees so I called Bin Solutions Inc. The modifications to the gates were done within one day (while I was at work) and Bin Solutions even removed the snow off the driveway after a big snowfall. There was a small problem with the key latch that was installed on the gates and after pointing it out, Zion fixed it the next day.
